Table of Contents
1.1 Charges: Refers to all fees, surcharges, or costs payable by the Customer for any Services provided by TracX Logis.
1.2 Customer: Any individual or entity who applies for or uses Services provided by TracX Logis.
1.3 DPC: The Delivery Processing Centre operated by TracX Logis.
1.4 GST: The prevailing Goods and Services Tax as defined under the GST Act in Singapore.
1.5 IATA: International Air Transport Association.
1.6 ICAO: International Civil Aviation Organization.
1.7 Item Size: The sum total of the item's width, length, and height (in centimeters).
1.8 Long Keep Store: A storage facility maintained by TracX Logis for undelivered or retained parcels.
1.9 Parcel Size: The sum total of the parcel's width, length, and height (in centimeters).
1.10 Personal Data: As defined under the Personal Data Protection Act 2012 of Singapore (and any amendments thereafter).
1.11 POD (Proof of Delivery): The documented confirmation that a parcel has been delivered.
1.12 POP (Proof of Pickup): The documented confirmation that a parcel has been picked up.
1.13 TxFC: The TracX Logis Fulfillment Centre.
1.14 TxWMS: TracX Logis Warehouse Management System owned by TracX Logis.
1.15 TracX Logis: TracX Logis Pte. Ltd.
1.16 RA Zones: Restricted Area Zone(s) where TracX Logis does not provide collection or delivery services.
1.17 Recipient: The individual or entity designated by the Customer to receive the parcel.
1.18 Service Days: Mondays through Saturdays, excluding Sundays and Public Holidays.
1.19 SKU: Stock Keeping Unit a unique identifier for inventory management.
1.20 SKU Number: The unique code assigned to identify each item.
1.21 Specific Terms & Conditions: Service-specific terms issued by TracX Logis that apply in addition to these General Terms.
1.22 Vendor: Any third party engaged by TracX Logis to provide all or part of the Services.
1.23 Volumetric Weight: Calculated as (width×length×height in cm)÷5,000. Applies to international deliveries.
1.24 Waybill: A shipping document issued or approved by TracX Logis containing details of the Customer, Recipient, and parcel contents.
2.1 These General Terms & Conditions apply to all Services provided by TracX Logis to the Customer, regardless of when the Services are requested or rendered. They shall apply in addition to any applicable Specific Terms & Conditions, unless expressly stated otherwise in those specific terms.
2.2 In the event of any inconsistency or conflict between these General Terms & Conditions and the Specific Terms & Conditions, the provisions of the Specific Terms & Conditions shall prevail.
2.3 All rights granted to TracX Logis under these General Terms & Conditions shall be cumulative and in addition to those provided under the Specific Terms & Conditions, unless otherwise stated.
3.1.1 TracX Logis will make reasonable efforts to collect parcels from the Customer’s designated address and deliver them to the Recipient’s address.
3.2.1 The parcel should be packed in a reasonably strong case, wrapper, container, or carton box appropriate to its contents, and in such a manner that no part of the contents can be removed without either breaking or tearing the case, wrapper, container, or carton box, or forcing two adhesive surfaces apart, or breaking a seal.
3.2.2 The Waybill must be printed and securely affixed to the parcel and there should only be one (1) parcel per airway bill.
3.2.3 All contents of the parcel should be adequately packed to protect against damage during transportation, including but not limited to the following:
3.2.4 Parcels containing fragile items shall be packed in a container of sufficient strength and surrounded with suitable protective material. The parcel shall be clearly marked with the words and/or label "FRAGILE" and/or "HANDLE WITH CARE."
3.2.5 Parcels that may be damaged by bending shall be packed in a container of sufficient rigidity to prevent such damage. The parcel shall be clearly marked with the words and/or label "DO NOT BEND."
3.2.6 The minimum size of the parcel must be over width 10cm x length 15cm so that the Waybill can be put on.
3.2.7 The weight of the parcel must not exceed 30Kg.
3.2.8 The maximum of the Parcel Size must not exceed 300cm and the largest dimension of the parcel may not exceed 150cm.
3.2.9 The Customer must input the following information into the TracX Logis system:
3.2.9.1 The Customer's name, the address and the postal code, the contact number and the e-mail address.
3.2.9.2 The recipient's name, the address and the postal code, the mobile number and the e-mail address.
3.2.9.3 The description of the contents of the parcel and its value.
3.2.10 Pickup requests must be submitted by the Customer via the TracX Logis system no later than the day prior to the designated collection date. Pickup requests by phone or email will not be accepted.
3.2.11 The Customer must verify the total quantity of collected parcels matches the quantity indicated in the POP at the point of collection.
3.2.12 The customer shall not be allowed to change the pickup address, discontinue or suspend the delivery, return the parcel to the Customer, change the recipient of the parcel, or dispose the parcel after the pickup request and/or the delivery order has been submitted.
3.2.13 The Customer shall bear full responsibility for any losses, issues, or delays arising from the use of an incorrect Waybill or any misdeclared information.
3.3.1 TracX Logis may, at any time, by its sole discretion, open the parcel and inspect the contents of the parcel for any reason.
3.3.2 The Customer agrees and acknowledges that TracX Logis may reject to deliver any parcel hereby;
3.3.2.1 The parcel does not comply with the Clause 3.2.
3.3.2.2 The customer fails to describe and declare the contents and/or the amount of the parcel accurately.
3.3.2.3 The packaging standard does not conform to TracX Logis requirement and deemed unacceptable for delivery.
3.3.2.4 If the Customer may ask to change the service scope not agreed by TracX Logis in writing.
3.3.3 TracX Logis have the right to reject the following contents to be not delivered in the legal or safety scope;
3.3.3.1 Dangerous or illegal goods, including but not limited to explosives, firearms, weapons, flammable or hazardous materials, poisonous or infectious substances, and blood or blood products.
3.3.3.2 Human or animal remains, or items intended for religious ceremonies.
3.3.3.3 Live animals.
3.3.3.4 Cash, credit cards, debit cards, or stored-value cards; precious metals or gemstones.
3.3.3.5 Government-issued identification documents such as passports, driver’s licenses, or national IDs.
3.3.3.6 Original documents, drawings, or recordings that cannot be duplicated or replaced.
3.3.3.7 Controlled substances or illegal drugs.
3.3.4 TracX Logis may reject parcels from any Customer who has overdue payments, insufficient account balance, or fails to settle Charges in accordance with agreed terms.
